Dr Annahita Nezami is a researcher and chartered psychologist providing psychological consultation, training, and therapy to organisations and individuals. She was elected as a fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) based on her ideas surrounding the Overview Effect and is committed to inspiring better ways of delivering positive change in the world. Her areas of interest include space health and the Overview Effect, positive psychology, altered states of consciousness, wellbeing, performance, neuropsychology and trauma. Annahita has provided talks about the Overview Effect and Space Exploration at various establishments such as Deakin University, Central St Martin’s, and University College London (UCL), she has also talked about mental health and the Overview Effect on BBC Radio 4, The Weekend University and TEDx, and published papers and articles with Springer and other media outlets.
